Oops! Sometimes Postman Pat can be a bit rough with your package. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t worry—we’re here to help!
Just reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Simply email us at athalia@27group.com.my with your order number, the email you used for your order, and photos of the damage.
You’ve got options: we can either refund your money or send you a replacement—just let us know which you prefer. And don’t sweat the delivery fees; we’ll cover those too.

To process your refund, please return the parcel to us. Once we verify the claim, we’ll issue a full refund.

- Contact Us: Send us an email at athalia@27group.com.my with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.
- Review: We will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.
- Return the Parcel: If your request is approved, return the parcel within 3 days. For multiple items, only 1 item can be unsealed; the rest must remain sealed in their original packaging. Include the original box and any gifts with your return. Missing items or damage may result in deductions from your refund. Delivery fees for returns are on us.
- Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your 90% refund or replacement within 5-7 working days.
